Gender Differences in the Principles of Mediation Relations

Principles of mediation in everyday communication provide a psychologically safe environment that promotes constructive resolution conflicts and prevents their escalation. The article describes the principles relations daily interaction men women. No standardized methods are available to investigate compliance with relations. As result, research relied on socio-psychological survey based questionnaire developed by author. experiment lasted from July 2019 May 2020. It involved 30 experts qualified mediation. main sample included 110 people, 55 women men, no special training criterion. obtained data were processed using deductive content analysis Fisher’s criterion φ*. Respondents tended adhere principle neutrality interaction, except man-to-man communication. They implemented equality, neutrality, voluntariness at formal (declarative) level. Their often resulted contradictions between thoughts, feelings, actions. Women less inclined maintain equal than men. results study can be used programs for developing communicative conflictological skills.
